Frank Hathaway

Frank served as the Vice President Supply Chain/ Logistics for major divisions of several Fortune 50 companies, such as Nestle', Unilever, Avery Dennison and ConAgra. During those 15 years, Frank developed and implemented the supply chain strategies and budgets, including acquisition integration, ERP (enterprise resource planning) and other technology implementation, operations streamlining. (including CLASS A) and dramatic customer service improvement programs.  Frank is a supply chain management executive with over 30 years of accomplishments, focusing on consumer products and biotech. Key competencies include: strategic planning, service orientation, cost/productivity focus, global operations, world-class orientation, team building, and change management. Frank’s peers honored him with the distinction of the Presidency of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (the preeminent global supply chain professional association).For the past seven years Frank has mentored co-workers, guided and taught supply chain management best practices to all business levels in the Biotech world (Amgen, Genentech, and Bayer HealthCare, Biotech). Frank has a BS, Business from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, East Rutherford, NJ.
His professional affiliations are: Grocery Manufacturers of America, Logistics Executive Committee, 1988-1995, 2001-2002, University of Tennessee, Research Affiliate Board and Supply Chain Council, 1994-2000. Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Executive Committee, 1989-1996, President, 1995. (Frank continues to support the local Boards) Frank also has served on two Board of Advisors: Atlantes, Inc. (wireless inventory management company), 2000-2001, and LogisticsFinance, Inc. (supply chain finance solutions company), 2001-present.

Josephine Lee

Josephine Lee is an industry leading entrepreneur and an award winning public speaker. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 with a degree in Communication.

In 2011, she opened a dance retail store called Dancer's Choice Dance Supply in Irvine, CA. After recognizing a need for more accessible and knowledgeable pointe shoe fittings, she started a traveling pointe shoe fitting company called ThePointeShop in January of 2014. Since then, ThePointeShop has become one of the most recognizable retailers in the industry.

In 2016, she rose above 35,000 contestants to win 3rd place in the World Championship of Public Speaking. This etched her in history as the first Korean American woman to place in the final stage. Since then, she has given International keynotes and had the honor of being the first lady champion to be invited to speak in District 20 Middle East.

Terrill Thomas

Terrill Thomas is a professor at La Sierra University, and chair of the Art + Design department. His design career was born in the start up culture of the late 90's dot com boom era, when he was the studio director for AtomStudio / AtomFilms.com. This start up mindset drives his professional design practice, his experimental installation work and current research into how games can effect social change and awareness.

Thomas maintains an active design practice (t13media.com) providing design consultation for non-profit institutions, small businesses and entertainment clients. This active engagement in the business of design ensures that the courses he teaches are based on real world design practices.
