Our Monthly Meetings!

One of our favorite part about OCcares is the meetings we have including the other schools clubs to discuss new events, ideas, and so much more! As it’s very important to discuss how our world is changing and how to help.

The Fairmont Preparatory Academy Chapter is led by Sarah Harwell, Alex Kinsbursky, Maha Ishaq, and Marcos De La Riva.

 

ABOUT SARAH: Sarah plans on attending Duke University with a major in public policy where she will aspire to work for the United Nations to advocate for women's education and health worldwide. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and reading.

ABOUT ALEX: Alex plans on attending Dartmouth College and major in political science. In his free time, he likes to go weight-boarding, play soccer, and spend time with his friends.

ABOUT MAHA: Maha plans on attending University of Southern California, California Polytechnic State University - Pomona, or American University in Dubai, where she will plan on furthering her education by aspiring for a JD-MBA degree. Maha is currently a beauty and skincare blogger.

ABOUT MARCOS: Marcos plans on attending Chapman University, University of San Diego, or Biola University with a major in business marketing and a minor in political science. He currently plans on pursuing music production and learning computer programming.

ABOUT OUR CHAPTER

The Fairmont Prep Chapter supported the non-profit, Serving Kids Hope in 2017~2018, which works to prevent childhood obesity in Orange County (http://servingkidshope.org/). The chapter now sells clothing from the brand E-Label, in which all proceeds are donated to Serving Kids Hope.
